Hey… I’m Shanna!

What a big question… first and foremost, I am a daughter of God! I am a proud wife to my husband, Aaron. You can thank him for encouraging me to start this little biz! I am mother to three littles whom I adore. I stay at home with them and do photography on the side! I was born and raised in Southern Minnesota, went to Minnesota State University, Mankato for my bachelors degree where I met my now husband, Aaron. We currently work as Catholic Missionaries at NDSU! We have fallen in love with the Fargo-Moorhead area since moving up here five years ago and plan on settling down here.

Say yes to all the giggles, hugs, kisses + games in front of the lens and act like I’m not even there. Don’t fret about not knowing what to do in front of the camera- I give you prompts, games + direction to represent you, your significant other or family perfectly! It is a JOY to document your life’s milestones.. and I’d love to be there for all of them!

For me photography is more than a job, its a passion. I have always had an interest in taking photos. I was working seasonally in Alaska I found myself drawn to capture beauty and turn it timeless through a photo. I think that is part of the reason why I am so captivated by photography and working in my ‘dream job’ because I have an eye for beauty and desire to help people capture beauty and turn it into something they can always look back on.
